Issues
Introduction[?]Introduce yourself to the voters. Give an overview of your philosophy.
My friends, in these difficult times, we need leaders who can get things done for the country, and not for the party. When it comes down to the fundamental realities of elections, political parties are artificial; they come and go like fashions or popular fads; but America lives on, and must be ever strengthened and protected.

In Washington next year, I will not be the next Democratic or Republican President; I will be the next American President.
Abortion[?]What is your stand on abortion?
I believe the killing of an unborn child is morally wrong, and would overturn Roe v. Wade were I to become president. Partial birth abortion is completely wrong. While I oppose them, abortions following rape or incest should remain generally legal, and should be handled by each state.

Economy[?]How would you address current and future economic issues?
Coming from a commerce background, I undertsand the challenges that face every day business people, and how the power of free markets can benefit those workers. I am not a Classical or Keynesian Macroeconomist; I am a New Macroeconomist, with some acceptance of fair trade policies.

I pledge to be the most small-business friendly president of the 21st Century.
Education[?]What are your views on the Education system?
The solution to our education system is to hold teachers to a higher standard. Many politicians simply believe increasing the benefits of teachers will help education, yet the reality is that this is not true. If no more is demanded of teachers, then they will supply nothing more. I would also work to reshape the education system, implanting a new system that emphasizes in class work, and encourages students to pursue their dreams, and not simply the assignment of the teacher.
Energy Policy[?]How would you address the energy needs of the country?
I advocate the use of nuclear energy, within a set of specially restricted EPA protocols and regulations.
Environment[?]How would you balance the needs of the environment with the needs of the economy?
As faithful stewards of this great planet, we must take care to protect it. I would work to put money into real environmentally friendly groups, not simply lobbying firms that the other party has suggested.
Foreign Policy[?]What should the United States' role be in the global community?
The United States must serve in a leading role in the international community, seeking to strengthen relations with allies and move towards peaceful agreements between different countries.

I do not believe that the United Nations is performing adequately, and would move to reform the organization if elected.
Gay Marriage[?]What are your views on the rights of committed gay couples?
There is absolutely no considerable honor in denying others the basic rights of companionship, and thus the government must respond in that manner. However, in a time when deadly STDs are taking the lives of grown individuals and their children, those in power must act consciously in deciding upon policy platforms for the entire country.

The fundamental aspect to protect against the legalization of gay marriage is the fact that, by making it mainstream, we are opening a portal to more potential disease. If children grow up believing that gay marriage is normal, then more of them will eventually end up taking that path. With this circumstance, the already weak health care system would be saddled with more sick patients; a position which even those friendly to gay marriage wish to avoid.

And for this scientific and medical reason, I cannot endorse gay marriage. I do however advocate expanding civil union benefits to include marriage benefits for same sex couples.
Health Care[?]How would you address the current health care situation?
The issue in this category is not whether we have a privatized or government system, but instead the power which attorneys have in the present system. I would implement tort reform to eliminate the sagging weight of the health care lawsuits, with a maximum cap of $250,000.
Immigration[?]How would you balance immigration and the needs of the workforce?
I will take action and secure our borders, placing National Guardsmen to prevent illegal immigration if necessary.
Iraq[?]What is your policy regarding the current War in Iraq?
I have not decided my position on this issue.
National Security[?]How would you protect the country?
Our country must remain secure in this dangerous Post 9/11 world, and I would continue putting money into defense systems and counter-terrorism divisions.
Tax Policy[?]What are your views on taxation?
I will work to provide small businesses with tax cuts, while moving the middle class towards a flat tax system.
Social Security[?]How should Social Security operate in the future?
I have not decided my position on this issue.
